Why is our shampoo (& other products) “exclusive”?
We have heard the comments or questions from certain people as to why our products are “so expensive”
We are consumers too, we know that when people see our pricing, they immediately make a comparison in their head with commercial cosmetic prices — but this is a fallacy.
Why? Because it is comparing our products, which are real cosmetics with medicinal properties, to petroleum by-product & potentially cancer-inducing formulas which are sold as cosmetics.
To put it simply; we use actual quality ingredients, eco-friendly packaging, beeswax & honey, essential oils and forgotten knowledge to create things that are specifically made to help treat a certain condition or purpose.
When commercial brands spend the least amount of money on the actual product they sell you and spend more on their marketing.
Read the ingredient list of any commercial product you might have and you will most likely see “Aqua” as the first ingredient… Yes, they’re selling you water in a plastic bottle.
On top of that, they will most likely have an anti-freeze agent (which most likely comes from petroleum), alcohols (which are irritating for your skin), parfums (proven to disrupt hormones), and a really low quality ultra processed plant oils (soy or palm oil).
If you wouldn’t dare to ingest any of your cosmetics orally, then don’t put them on your skin! Your skin absorbs everything you put on it.
People with psiriasis or dermatitis have come to us and told us that our shampoos and creams are the only one they’ve tried which don’t create any irritation to their scalp or skin and have actually begun to see an improvement on their skin.
These same people have gone to dermatologists and doctor appointments and gotten shampoos and creams which never helped. In some cases, it made their condition even worse!
Then when they find us and try our products, they come back for more and thank us for our work.
We say this not to brag but to make shine light on the sad fact that more and more people are no longer finding help from commercial or even medicinal products.
